What You Will Do
* Manage the Bill of Materials (BoM) for Units Under Test (UUT) across Batteries, Electronic Drive Units (EDU), and Engine Test environments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Coordinate the procurement and logistics of components, including ordering, tracking, and expediting parts through internal systems and suppliers to meet test deadlines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate test requirements into actionable kitting plans, ensuring all components, tools, and documentation are ready for testing.
* Maintain and refine kitting processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements while adhering to established procedures.
* Provide regular updates to the Central Planning Team, including detailed weekly reports on kit readiness, delivery status, and risk mitigation actions.
* Resolve component or delivery issues swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to test schedules.
What You Will Bring
* Proven experience managing test kitting processes within engineering or automotive testing environments.
* Strong understanding of powertrain systems, including Batteries, Electronic Drive Units (EDU), and Internal Combustion Engines (ICE).
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems to handle kit lists and reporting effectively.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with a proven track record of delivering components and support in a test setting.

Umbrella Rate: A GBP 27.30/hr (Inside IR35)
