Key Responsibilities:As a Commercial Account Handler, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate policy management and excellent client service.
- Client Portfolio Management: Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business for commercial clients, with premiums typically ranging from £10k-£20k.- Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact, providing clear advice and resolving client queries efficiently.- Policy Administration: Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver seamless service across the commercial portfolio.
Essential Skills & Knowledge:- Experience as a Commercial Account Handler within a UK insurance brokerage.- Must have experience using Acturis to be considered for the role.- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and accuracy.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships.- Ability to analyse client needs and provide tailored, professional guidance. xsngvjr
