L’équipe de mondialisation d’EG est à l’avant-garde de la création d’expériences évolutives, efficaces et culturellement pertinentes pour nos clients et nos partenaires mondiaux. Dans le cadre de cette mission, le ou la gestionnaire des fournisseurs joue un rôle essentiel dans la gestion des partenariats stratégiques avec les fournisseurs qui soutiennent notre croissance internationale. Basée dans l’un des bureaux de mondialisation d’EG, cette personne collaborera étroitement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment les services financiers, juridiques, de conformité et d’approvisionnement, afin de veiller à ce que les stratégies des fournisseurs s’alignent sur les objectifs de l’entreprise et offrent une valeur à long terme.

Dans ce rôle, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :


* Agir en tant qu’expert(e) en la matière en ce qui concerne la gestion des fournisseurs, l’approvisionnement stratégique et la négociation de contrats.
* Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les fournisseurs, en veillant à ce que les mesures de rendement et les obligations contractuelles soient respectées.
* Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour optimiser les processus, améliorer le rendement des fournisseurs, réduire les coûts et atténuer les risques.
* Établir et surveiller les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour évaluer l’efficacité des fournisseurs et assurer la conformité aux ententes de service, tout en analysant les données des fournisseurs pour identifier les tendances, les risques et les possibilités d’amélioration.
* Diriger les processus de sélection des fournisseurs, y compris les demandes de renseignements, les demandes de propositions et les évaluations des fournisseurs.
* Fournir des idées stratégiques et des recommandations à la direction sur le rendement des fournisseurs et les opportunités.
* Collaborer avec l’équipe de mondialisation et les équipes interfonctionnelles pour assurer que les stratégies des fournisseurs soutiennent les objectifs d’entreprise.
* Traiter et résoudre de manière proactive les problèmes liés aux fournisseurs afin de minimiser les perturbations opérationnelles.
* Promouvoir l’innovation en explorant de nouvelles technologies, de nouveaux outils et de nouveaux processus apportant de la valeur à l’entreprise.

Votre Expérience Et Vos Compétences

* Vous avez 5 ans ou plus d’expérience dans la gestion de fournisseurs, les achats ou l’approvisionnement stratégique.
* Vous avez fait vos preuves dans la négociation de contrats, la gestion du rendement des fournisseurs et l’optimisation des coûts.
* Vous possédez une solide pensée stratégique et la capacité d’aligner les activités des fournisseurs sur les objectifs d’entreprise à long terme.
* Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences analytiques et une expérience dans l’évaluation du rendement des fournisseurs et des tendances du marché.
* Vous avez des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, et êtes capable d’influencer les équipes et de collaborer avec elles.
* Vous possédez un solide sens des finances et des affaires, y compris la budgétisation et la gestion des paiements des fournisseurs.
* Vous faites preuve d’une grande capacité d’adaptation et êtes capable d’adapter vos stratégies en fonction de l’évolution des besoins de l’entreprise.
* Vous êtes bilingue (français et anglais), de préférence.

Vendor Manager, Globalization

Introduction To The Team

EG’s Globalization team is at the forefront of enabling scalable, efficient, and culturally relevant experiences for our global customers and partners. As part of this mission, the Vendor Manager plays a critical role in managing strategic vendor partnerships that support our international growth. Based in one of EG’s Globalization hub offices, this role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement to ensure vendor strategies align with business objectives and deliver long-term value.

In This Role, You Will

* Serve as a subject matter expert in vendor management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiation.
* Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and contractual obligations.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, improve vendor performance, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
* Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate vendor effectiveness and ensure compliance with service agreements, while also analyzing vendor data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
* Lead supplier selection processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and vendor assessments.
* Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on vendor performance and opportunities.
* Collaborate with Globalization and cross-functional teams to ensure vendor strategies support business goals.
* Proactively address and resolve vendor-related issues to minimize operational disruptions.
* Promote innovation by exploring new technologies, tools, and processes that add business value.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Experience And Qualifications

* You have 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
* You have a proven track record in contract negotiation, vendor performance management, and cost optimization.
* You possess strong strategic thinking with the ability to align vendor activities with long-term business goals.
* You bring excellent analytical skills with experience in evaluating vendor performance and market trends.
* You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
* You possess solid financial and business acumen, including budgeting and vendor payment management.
* You are highly adaptable and able to pivot strategies in response to changing business needs.
* You are Bilingual in French and English preferred

The total cash range for this position in Montreal is $91,000.00 to $127,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $145,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
