Overview
Admin Assistant for Healthy Families Service with Thrive Tribe (One You Lincolnshire). The role supports the Gloji Energy programme, which helps children aged 4 to 12 and their families lead healthier lifestyles. The programme combines one-to-one appointments and weekly group sessions, alongside other services in Weight Management, Smoking Cessation, Alcohol Reduction, Physical Activity, and Health Coaching.

Responsibilities
* Make initial phone calls to parents of eligible children, introducing and offering the Gloji Energy programme.
* Provide empathetic support by identifying and signposting families to additional sources of help where needs are present.
* Contact families referred through the National Child Measurement Programme to engage them with Gloji Energy.
* Build positive relationships with the Child Weight Management team to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for families.
* Champion Thrive Tribe ethos, embedding our values and driving culture across services.
* Ensure compliance with Information Governance and Clinical Governance legislation, requirements and best practice at all times.

Contract and Benefits
Contract: Fixed-term until 30 September 2026. Part-time at 18.75 hours per week.
Salary: Starting at £23,810 per year, rising to £25,000 (pro-rated for part-time).
Location: Hybrid remote (office and homeworking). Office base in Lincoln.
Working Pattern: Flexible across multiple days; includes minimum one evening per week.
