An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join a growing digital marketing team and take ownership of performance across a diverse portfolio of client campaigns.
This is a hands‑on role combining strategy, campaign management and team leadership, with responsibility for delivering measurable results across paid search, shopping and paid social channels.
The Role
* Lead paid media strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Paid Social platforms
* Plan, build and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube
* Manage Paid Social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) with exposure to TikTok desirable
* Oversee Google Merchant Centre and product feed optimisation
* Manage campaign budgets and drive performance across multiple accounts
* Monitor and improve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL and conversion rates
* Lead and support a small PPC team to maintain high campaign standards
* Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using GA4 and conversion tracking tools
* Provide clear performance insights and recommendations to clients
About You
* Strong hands‑on experience managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns
* Experience across Search, Shopping and Performance Max
* Experience running Paid Social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
* Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking
* Experience mentoring or managing junior PPC specialists
* Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
