ServiceNow Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales)
FlyForm is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Consultant on a contract basis. You will support the sales team to develop top-class solutions and deliver meaningful client impact.
Contract | 6 months+ · UK Remote with occasional travel to client site when needed · Day Rate: c.£600 p/day (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
* Support qualification, discovery, and scoping activities during sales campaigns.
* Handle ServiceNow technical questions from clients.
* Configure demonstration environments to address client requirements and business issues.
* Deliver value-driven ServiceNow demonstrations to clients for modules across the platform.
* Deliver excellent advisory and value assessment outcomes to clients.
* Create highly accurate solution plans, client proposals and SOW documentation.
* Respond to RFI/RFP documents in line with client requirements.
* Lead customer workshops to gather client requirements and translate into high-value solutions.
* Support FlyForm marketing activities and artefacts such as webinars, podcasts, ServiceNow events, whitepapers, etc.
* Build strong relationships with ServiceNow technical, sales, partner, and education resources.
* Share best practices and known solutions to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Pre-sales/Solution Consulting experience with ServiceNow.
* Outstanding communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
* Ability to define and develop solution proposals and SOW documentation to a high standard.
* Experience in responding to detailed and complex RFPs.
* Proven ability to deliver effective and value-driven demonstrations of the ServiceNow platform.
* Strong commercial understanding of sales and marketing activities.
Advantageous
* Working knowledge of IT Service Management processes and best practices, or complimentary toolsets.
* ITIL v3 foundation (or higher) certification.
