Scope:
As the Customer Service & Business Support Assistant at Owen Mumford, you will be responsible for maintaining Owen Mumford's eRetail platforms, including Medical Shop and Amazon, as well as overseeing the coordination and administration of product samples and literature.
Please be aware this role is offered on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance to both internal and external customers by responding to general enquiries and offering product support.
* Responsible for daily UK sales order entry, processing, and invoicing tasks to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
* Order entry and invoicing for Scandinavian, LATAM and MEAA customers
* Assist with general customer service administrative duties, including but not limited to documentation management, data entry, and correspondence handling.
* Responsible for the administration and flow of Medicalshop (Shopify) and Amazon including sales ordering, invoicing, including samples, replacement orders returns and credits
* Regularly maintain Shopify and Amazon platforms ensuring prices, images and links are always up to date and accurate
* Analyse Amazon sales and inventory data to identify trends, monitor performance, and support decision-making for eRetail operations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
* Good knowledge of ERP systems
* Experience with working with data
* Strong administrative skills
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles is desirable
