Wiseman Consulting is working with one of the largest conveyancing firms in the Midlands. This opportunity comes with a primary focus on conveyancing activities although opportunities for more varied work will also be available.
We are looking for a Paralegal, ideally with 6 months of conveyancing experience although unqualified Paralegals, Cilex or newly qualified solicitors will also be considered. You will be joining one of the larger firms based in the West Midlands and over 10 offices nationally with a strong customer focus and a desire to clarify and simplify legal advice.
The Role
Wiseman Consulting Limited is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal, ideally with 6 months of experience, to join a property specialist in the Cotswolds.
You will focus on residential conveyancing and forge strong working relationships with property professionals and clients and be looking to develop your career within our wider commercial team.
Work includes:
* Drafting and chasing contracts
* Reporting to client on searches, mortgage contract and title pack
* Raising and responding to queries with clients’ solicitors
* Sales and purchase of residential and property
* Administrative and filing duties
* Property searches, mortgage and lender searches
* Providing quotations to clients and potential clients
* Liaising with clients at all stages of the process
* Use of the case management system throughout the process
* Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required
* Exchange and completion activities

* Salary of £23,000 - £28,000 + benefits
