As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Marketing Associate for the Croda Pharma EMEA region to play a key role in supporting the delivery of the region’s annual B2B marketing plan. This is a hybrid position based at our Head Office, Cowick Hall.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Be part of a team that values diversity, sustainability, and continuous innovation, where your ideas and contributions matter.
6. Coordinate and maintain the regional marketing calendar, ensuring activities are delivered with impact, on brand, and on time.
7. Create engaging content tailored for multiple channels, including – but not limited to - email campaigns, LinkedIn, videos, webinars, blogs, digital advertising, and event materials (brochures, banners, stands, and more), with clear traceability of ROI back to the business.
8. Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, conferences, and customer events - from logistics and branding through to lead capture and CRM entry.
9. Provide weekly website analytics and lead insights to Sales teams.
10. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments such as drug approvals and acquisitions, producing insight summaries.
11. Manage supplier relationships and marketing purchase orders, ensuring efficient coordination with the internal finance team for invoicing and budget tracking.
12. Actively contribute to regular marketing, sales, and research & technology meetings, supporting cross-functional alignment and collaboration across the EMEA region.
