Order Management Specialist
Rohde & Schwarz develops, produces and markets innovative products for test and measurement, broadcast and media, cybersecurity, secure communications and monitoring and network testing areas. Founded in 1933, the independent company has an extensive sales and service network in more than 70 countries.
The role supports our technical sales engineers and customers in the UK and potentially across Europe. You will be an integral part in delivering sales and customer service goals across multiple departments, handling orders from receipt through to invoicing. You will be a primary point of contact for customers and sales engineers, so excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The role requires strong IT skills with a focus on SAP tools, and a customer-service mindset.
Responsibilities
* Processing complex customer quotations, orders and correspondence
* Assisting with customer enquiries via telephone and email
* Working to schedules and completing required tasks
* Investigating and resolving customer requirements and problems
* Supporting the sales team
Requirements
* Excellent organizational and accurate analytical skills
* Dynamic multitasker with the desire to learn
* Strong attention to detail, with accurate data entry skills
* Ability to take initiative
* Experience in SAP tools for ERP and CRM
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office
* Advanced Excel skills
* Proven track record in a customer sales support role, to provide excellent customer service
* Professional communication skills both written and spoken
