Are you proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to make a real difference in young people’s lives? We’re working with a forward-thinking SEN school that’s expanding its team for the 2025/26 academic year—and they’re looking for passionate Learning Support Assistants to join them.

This specialist school offers a vibrant, supportive setting for pupils on the autistic spectrum, many of whom are high-functioning and excel in both creative and academic subjects—from Art and Music to Science and Maths.

As part of the team, you’ll play a key role in helping students unlock their potential, build confidence, and achieve meaningful progress in and beyond the classroom.

* Are positive, reliable, and love a challenge

* Bring energy, creativity, and curiosity into your work

* Have patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting young people with additional needs

* Have experience in education, childcare, coaching, or youth work—or have studied a related subject and are eager to put your skills into practice

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
