PMO Manager – Insurance Sector
Salary: Up to £85,000

A leading insurance firm is looking for a
PMO Manager
to play a pivotal role in shaping and maturing its Business Project & Programme function. This is a strategic position where you will oversee a portfolio of initiatives across Digital, IT, and Business Change, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide governance and oversight across a portfolio of projects in Digital, IT, and Business Change
* Drive the rollout and adoption of new PMO processes and reporting standards across the business
* Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects against objectives, budgets, and timelines
* Manage and develop PMO tools (including ) to improve reporting and portfolio visibility
* Support project managers with governance, risk, and issue management
* Produce executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and milestones
About You
* Proven experience in the insurance sector (essential)
* Strong background in PMO / Portfolio Management
* Knowledge of project portfolio management methodologies, processes, and controls
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels
* Experience using PMO and project management tools such as, Jira, or equivalent
* Ability to work proactively, influence without direct authority, and drive change across a business
