About the role
Join us as a Production Team Leader and be a key part of the Greggs Team, responsible for making and packing our popular products. You should have a passion for quality and follow all processes and procedures to ensure the best products and customer satisfaction. You will work with a close-knit team in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, leading and motivating to ensure smooth daily production and packaging operations. Your role is vital in producing our products to high standards, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene protocols. Note that working in food production may expose you to flour and dust, and in chilled/frozen environments. We will provide training and support to help you advance your career.

About you
Ideally, you have experience as a Team Leader in a similar environment. You should also:
1. Be comfortable standing for long periods, lifting, and carrying
2. Be comfortable handling, preparing, and baking food
3. Take pride in product quality
4. Have good knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene
5. Support an inclusive culture that values diversity
