Role Title: Account Executive Salary Range: £26,000 - £29,000 Location: London-based GIFTA is looking for a proactive Account Executive to act as the engine of our campaign delivery. You will manage the end-to-end administrative and logistical lifecycle of influencer gifting campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, influencers, and our warehouse team. Core Responsibilities Pre-Launch & Campaign Setup: Establish the foundational operational framework for all campaigns, ensuring structural clarity and process definition to prepare for a successful launch Strategic Support: Strategically support Account Managers at the project's inception by formalising the client's strategic requirements and desired influencer preferences.. Influencer Management & Outreach: Oversee and support the Influencer Management (IM) team during the campaign influencer outreach phase Box Content Coordination: Coordinate all gift package content and campaign additions, including merch, props, and customisation, ensuring full alignment between the client's vision and the warehouse team's execution. Logistics & Warehouse Liaison: Facilitate seamless communication between clients and operations to ensure full transparency and alignment. Campaign Execution & Insights: Monitor live content to identify high-performing trends and lead initial client communications once packages have been dispatched. Reporting Support: Contribute to final campaign reports by overseeing performance tracking and content licensing. Required Skillset Operational Excellence: Highly organised with the ability to manage a "Waterfall" workflow and multiple deadlines simultaneously. Communication: Strong writing skills for drafting briefs and professional presentation skills for client-facing communications. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using (or quick to learn) Monday.com, Mailchimp, Typeform. Creative Mindset: A keen eye for social media trends and an active interest in pop culture and influencer content.
