Base pay range
Salary £27,000 - £29,000 DOE plus commission, on‑call & overtime (circa £1,000 per month).

Responsibilities
* Carrying out a range of services associated with cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers’ drains.
* Operation of High‑Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards.
* Carrying out surveys.
* Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise.
* Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications.
* Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
* Being part of an on‑call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year.
What experience do we look for?
* High pressure water jetting and confined spaces experience.
* Surveying experience.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in domestic & commercial drainage.
* Excellent problem‑solving ability with sound technical knowledge.
* Have a positive, flexible, can‑do attitude.
* Want to be part of a growing and progressive business.
* Be willing to work some unsociable hours.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Must live in the Cirencester area.
