Your Role:
Support class teachers in delivering dynamic and engaging lessons
Assist students in staying focused, motivated, and on task throughout the school day
Provide tailored 1:1 or small group support to help children excel
Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive learning environment
Assist with classroom preparation, resource management, and general day-to-day tasks
Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure students’ safety and well-being
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Prior experience in a school or educational role is preferred
DBS: Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Commitment: Passion for helping children learn and grow
Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational abilities
Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
