About the Opportunity
A growing global market research organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Client Services team.
This role is central to the successful delivery of online and mobile research projects, ensuring high-quality execution from setup through to final delivery while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
You will manage multiple studies simultaneously, working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
The Role
As a Client Services Project Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end execution of market research projects, with responsibility for both operational delivery and client communication.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple online market research projects concurrently
* Leading client kickoff calls and confirming project specifications
* Providing guidance on online and mobile research best practices
* Coordinating internal teams and external vendors across timelines, sampling, fieldwork, and QA
* Reviewing and validating survey setup, logic, quotas, and programming accuracy
* Monitoring project progress and proactively resolving issues
* Managing third-party partners and suppliers
* Maintaining strong, ongoing client communication and satisfaction
* Ensuring accurate project documentation and audit trails
* Supporting sales and finance teams where required
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in market research project management, ideally online research
* Strong understanding of survey design, fieldwork, and data collection processes
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Experience working with internal teams and external vendors
