Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor based in Elgin. The role involves managing warranty claims, overseeing service schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Responsibilities include processing warranty documentation, effective communication with customers and manufacturers, coordinating repairs, maintaining detailed records, and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally. The candidate will also ensure smooth communication between departments to enhance operational efficiency and overall customer experience.
Qualifications
* Experience in Warranty Administration and understanding of warranty claim processes
* Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
* Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and manufacturers
* Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with dealership management software and office tools
* Detail‑oriented with strong time management and organizational abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented, on‑site environment
* Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications are an asset
