About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Registered Nurse to join our team in Beeston. This role is central to our mission of providing exceptional, individualised care and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child’s daily life.
Clinical Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality paediatric nursing care with professionalism and empathy.
* Support the child safely within a school environment, enabling access to education while meeting clinical needs.
* Liaise with school staff to ensure care plans and risk assessments are followed.
* Manage complex conditions including Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, and Dystonia.
* Provide airway management, including deep suction, repositioning, and oxygen therapy.
* Administer gastrostomy feeds and medications safely.
* Support physiotherapy programmes and mobility needs.
* Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
* Monitor clinical progress and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date clinical documentation.
* Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary professionals.
* Promote a safe, nurturing environment that supports emotional well‑being.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
* Provide occasional holiday cover with the family when required.

Essential Requirements
* Registered Paediatric Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience caring for children with complex airway needs.
* PICU experience (essential).
* Experience in community‑based and school‑based care (desirable).
* Strong communication skills and a compassionate, child‑centred approach.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
* Enhanced DBS clearance.
* Driving licence (required).
