Job Description
The Role
We’re seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our friendly team.
* Positions available : Permanent Part-Time & Casual
* Shifts : Afternoon and night shifts are especially desirable.
* Location : Work across our two Residential Aged Care facilities on our Scarborough site.
What You’ll Do
* Provide hands-on personal care including hygiene, mobility, and daily living support.
* Assist with meals, social engagement, and emotional wellbeing.
* Follow care plans and work closely with healthcare professionals.
* Observe and report changes in residents’ health and behaviour.
Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) – minimum requirement.
* Previous experience in Aged Care (preferred).
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
* Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
* Physical ability to meet the role’s demands.
Other Requirements
* Current satisfactory National Police Check (or willing ness to obtain)
* COVID 19 vaccination and influenza vaccination encouraged
