Job Description
A well-established Private Client team is seeking a qualified Private Client Solicitor to join their Worcestershire.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, family-oriented firm, handling a full range of private client work including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and some Court of Protection matters.
You will be joining a small but experienced team, managing a caseload with minimal supervision. The team provides personable, client-focused advice, supported by paralegals and administrative staff, in a collaborative and structured environment that encourages development and progression.
The Role:
* Handle the full spectrum of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, estate management, trusts, and Court of Protection work
* Manage an existing caseload independently, maintaining strong client relationships
* Work alongside support staff to ensure timely and effective delivery of client matters
* Contribute to the growth and development of the Private Client team
* Keep up to date with developments in private client law and best practice

* Qualified Solicitor (CILEX or equivalent considered) with around 2+ years PQE
* Experience in private client work, ideally from regional high street or mid-sized firms
* Independent, reliable, and confident managing your own caseload
* Personable, collaborative, and client-focused
* Adaptable and motivated to deliver high-quality outcomes
