The Company
Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. The sites will be located in and around Guildford, depending on Multi Trade availability within the business, on occasions you might have to travel to Reading or Petersfield.
The Role
1. Bath framework, boxing, bath panels, Tiling
2. Toilet overhauls
3. Identifying and fixing burst pipes / leaks
4. Installing additional pipework
5. Gain entries
6. Mould treatments
7. Shower boost replacement
8. Receive & complete works via PDA device
9. Work safely in accordance with H&S
Skills & Experience
10. Competent use of PDA & mobile devices
11. Full UK Drivers License
12. Social Housing experience preferred
13. Relevant industry qualifications
