Location: North Yorkshire, UK Contract Type: 2-Month contract Salary: £27,000 per annum (pro rata) We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and personable Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a 2-month temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of a busy, professional office and is comfortable juggling multiple administrative tasks. You’ll also support the smooth return of staff to the workplace following recent office renovations. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors and staff as the first point of contact. Manage reception duties, incoming calls, and general correspondence. Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the wider team. Help coordinate logistics around the office re-opening and employee return. Ensure the reception and office space is well-maintained and professionally presented.Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a front-of-house or receptionist role. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
