We’re looking for compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join a dedicated care team in Exeter, supporting adults aged 19–60 with complex needs, including:
1. Autism and ADHD
2. Learning Disabilities
3. Mental Health Conditions
4. Challenging Behaviour
You’ll be working across residential and supported living services, helping individuals live safely, independently, and meaningfully in their communities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
5. Supporting with personal care, medication, daily routines, and emotional wellbeing
6. Encouraging independent living and life-skills development
7. Engaging service users in activities such as walks, day trips, creative sessions, and more
8. Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
9. Occasional lone working (particularly during waking night shifts)
10. Keeping accurate and professional care records and documentation
11. Working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues
What We’re Looking For:
12. A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a care or support role
13. A calm, caring, and patient approach
14. A full UK driving licence is highly desirable due to rural locations
15. MAPA / PMVA training is a plus – we can provide this if required
16. Must have the right to work in the UK
