Now, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for a driven, energetic, and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow even faster. The Role As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You'll drive top-of-funnel activity, qualify leads, and set up high-quality conversations for our Account Executives. Your goal? Build pipeline, spark interest, and open doors. ️ What You’ll Be Doing Prospect and identify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Qualify inbound leads and assess potential fit. Set up discovery meetings for Account Executives. Collaborate with the Head of Sales Development on outbound campaigns. Maintain detailed records in our CRM (Salesforce) and using high quality outreach tools (Apollo & Cognism) to build pipeline Stay sharp on industry trends and product knowledge. What We’re Looking For 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or lead generation experience Exceptional communication and listening skills. Ambitious, coachable, and goal-driven personality. Resilient with a positive attitude – you bounce back fast. Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar.
