This role requires a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years.

Your Role
* Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to infants' developmental needs
* Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards
* Monitor and celebrate children's developmental milestones
* Communicate effectively with families to build positive relationships
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning environments
* Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection policies
What We’re Looking For
* Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
* Previous experience working within an Early Years setting - ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar
* Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, Safeguarding and Child Protection
* Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence
