Customer Category Executive
Location: Market Drayton (Hybrid working)
Type: Full-time Permanent
We are recruiting for a Customer Category Executive in our Sales Commercial Team. Müller offers a long-term career with a market leader. We are an entrepreneurial company that values innovation, brands, scale, operational excellence, and high performance.
This role is externally focused, driving category partnerships through data analysis of product and consumer portfolios, translating findings into business recommendations, making it a great entry point to advance your career in FMCG.
Key responsibilities:
* Analyzing data and providing insights on promotions, product availability, category waste, pricing, and product portfolios
* Making retailer recommendations based on detailed data analysis
* Supporting the Customer Category Manager with range reviews and market presentations
* Creating bespoke reports
* Conducting store data comparisons, including demographics, store spend, stock history, and purchasing trends
Qualifications and skills:
* Degree in a business-related discipline (desirable)
* Strong analytical mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
* Experience with Microsoft Office
