Lounges are special places, and what makes them so are the brilliant people who run them. As a Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain that brilliance, delivering 14 great shifts with the team to ensure every customer leaves happy—thanks to your brilliant supervision.
It's all about the bustle. You'll lead from the front, setting a high pace for the team so everyone delivers on time, every time. You're detail-oriented, never settle for second best, and aim to make your Lounge the place to go for the local community. This role is demanding, but you know you have what it takes.

What you'll bring:
* Possibly an existing Supervisor, Team Leader, or an experienced front-of-house team member ready to step into management, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
* Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks.
* A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
* Extremely driven and persistent in overcoming challenges.
* Good literacy skills and excellent attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
* Effective communication skills to build rapport and trust.
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, even under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Strong knowledge of sales building, sales and labour forecasting, paperwork and reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices.
