Hays Recruitment is proud to be working with a global organisation to recruit a Senior HR Advisor to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for a driven HR Professional to be part of a forward-thinking organisation where you will gain exposure to a wide range of HR activities supporting the site HR lead, while working with the wider HR team.
You'll provide operational HR support across the site, supporting managers at all levels throughout the full employment lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong relationships and driving positive change.
*This role is suitable for an HR Advisor looking to take the next step into a Senior HR Advisor position or an experienced ER Advisor looking to develop further*
Key Responsibilities
* Provides coaching and guidance to managers on HR and employee relations matters.
* Managing complex ER case loads, with the support of the HR Advisor on the lower level cases.
* Involved in wider organisation projects; system implementation, policy reviews, ED&I, wellbeing & succession planning.
* Drive organisational changes such as restructures and reviews.
* Manage day-to-day HR issues and ER cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Support the implementation of HR policies and practices across the site.
* Produce HR KPIs and reports on absence, disciplinary, remuneration, and recruitment.
* Deliver training and coaching to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
Skills & Experience Required
* CIPD qualified or equivalent
* Experience working in an HR Advisor role previously
* Exposure to working in fast-paced environments
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to build effective relationships across all levels
* Strong knowledge of HR policy and employment law
* Experience with payroll is desirable
