As a Head Receptionist at Crerar Hotels, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the reception department, delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will oversee check-ins, check-outs, and manage reservations, while also responding to inquiries regarding rooms, the restaurant, functions, and events. With prior experience in cash handling, reservation systems, and team leadership, you will maintain composure under pressure and anticipate the needs of our guests. Additionally, you will take a commercial approach by attending sales meetings, maximising revenue through upselling, and managing rates effectively. Strong administrative skills, flexibility, and a passion for customer service are essential, along with the ability to recruit, train, and develop your team to ensure a high standard of service is consistently maintained.
