About the Role: As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering planned lessons, managing classrooms effectively, and supporting students’ learning and behaviour. This role allows you to make a positive impact, maintaining continuity in education during staff absence. Responsibilities: Deliver prepared lessons across a variety of subjects and key stages. Support students’ engagement, learning, and progress. Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment. Adapt to the needs of different classes and learning abilities. Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student performance and lesson outcomes. Follow school policies and procedures to maintain consistency. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred. Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
