The role

We’re looking for a motivated Business Administration Manager to lead and shape high-quality administrative services across our Head Office and regional sites. The role This is a key leadership position where you’ll oversee a multi-site admin team, ensuring consistent, efficient support across the organisation. You’ll also drive improvements in systems, processes and ways of working while supporting senior leaders and corporate services. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a dispersed administration team Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites Monitor financial administration and reporting processes Support organisational reporting and returns Contribute to systems improvements and efficiency Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders Working pattern This is a full time, permanent post working 35 hours per week Monday - Friday. The role is office based at Quarriers Head Office in Govan. Travel to other regional offices will be expected when required. About you Experience in administration or office management Proven team leadership skills Strong organisational and problem-solving ability Confident working with financial processes Excellent communication and IT skills High attention to detail Why join us?
