In brand management at PwC, you will focus on developing and implementing strategies to enhance and protect the company's brand image. You will manage brand campaigns, conduct market research, and confirm consistency across all channels.

PwC's Markets function is a client-focused, high-performing team, which is strategically aligned to the Firm's priorities, focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm.
The primary focus of this position is to support client facing teams from first engagement, through the proposal and pitch process, to closing the deal. We are looking for a hungry, driven and engaging individual who is passionate about helping our teams navigate the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have the confidence to advise and challenge thinking. Managing and building relationships across a large stakeholder group is imperative as you’ll work with numerous individuals across PwC in the Caribbean and the broader network.
Responsibilities
1. Understanding and executing the Firm's sales methodologies regarding account and relationship management to drive the overall results of the account
2. Providing administrative support for Business Development coaching, including training scheduling, updating slides based on feedback given and sending follow up emails to participants
3. Monitoring government, International Development Banks (IDB) and other relevant procurement websites within specified regions for new requests for Expressions of Interest or Proposals.
4. Completing a first review of potential new RFPs before sharing with the wider team.
5. Assisting with managing the proposal process for key clients, including creating action plans and recording key dates.
6. Helping draft proposal documents and collateral, including firm experience and tailored CVs.
7. Reviewing, formatting, branding and amending proposal documents and collateral in line with PwC’s brand guidelines.
8. Keeping current on financial information, press releases, quarterly/annual reports, industry information and any published relevant requests for proposals.
9. Requesting and storing required documents to assist with proposal submissions.
Capabilities / Skills and Experience Required
10. 1-3 years of relevant experience, with preference given to those with sales and/or client relationship management experience
11. Experience working at one of the Big 4 accounting or law firms would be an asset
12. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work closely with the leadership team
13. Strong writing, editing and formatting skills
14. Strong Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
15. Strong organizational and project management skills
16. Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines with minimal guidance
17. Flexibility and commitment to work long hours when necessary
Education Level (minimum requirement plus any additional desirable qualifications):
18. 1-3 years of relevant experience with a relevant Undergraduate Degree or 3+ years of demonstrated sales and/or client relationship management experience
