* Financial Acumen:proficient in financial tasks like managing budgets, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts. Experience with school-specific financial software (like FMS or similar) is a significant plus. A solid grasp of bookkeeping principles is a must.
* Administrative Prowess:This role isn't just about numbers. We need an administrative all-rounder as the role includes managing databases, maintaining pupil records, handling correspondence, and assisting with general office duties.
* Strong IT Skills:Proficiency in Google and/or Microsoft Office Suite (especially for spreadsheets and data management) is non-negotiable, you should also be comfortable learning new software quickly.
* Excellent Communication:This role will be a key point of contact for parents, staff, and suppliers. Clear, professional, and friendly communication, both written and verbal, is crucial. you need to be able to explain financial and administrative processes in a simple, understandable way.
* Discretion and Confidentiality:Working in our school means handling sensitive information about pupils, staff, and school finances. You must have a proven track record of maintaining strict confidentiality and a strong sense of professional ethics.
