Working for an iconic consumer brand, the Product Design Lead will create world class customer experiences across web and app for their millions of customers. You’ll act as a ‘player-coach’, with a mix of hands on work and leading a team of ~5 Product Designers.
The Product Design Lead will be responsible for:
* Shaping product design vision and strategy across your portfolio
* Owning end-to-end user journeys and customer experience across web and app
* Evidence led design - ensuring data, analytics and user research are in every conversation
* Defining relevant KPI’s and connecting design decisions to business outcomes
* Leading and developing a high performing team of Product Designers
* Working closely with Heads of Product and Engineering, service design and the wider team, influencing product strategy and roadmaps
* Delivering measurable impact (e.g. engagement, conversion, behaviour change)
The Product Design Lead will have:
* Product design leadership
* Experience across web and app for consumer businesses
* A data driven approach, confident using analytics and experimentation
* Delivered real impact – moved the needle in terms of user behaviour and business outcomes
* Great communication skills and stakeholder management
* Candidates could come from any consumer sector e.g. retail, ecommerce, finance, media, entertainment, gaming, etc.
* Candidates could come from roles such as Product Design Manager, Head of Product Design, Lead Product Designer, etc.
