In this role within the Trial Management team, you will support the coordination and setup of clinical studies, working with Local Study Teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of study objectives.
Our clinical studies cover therapeutic areas such as respiratory, oncology, cardiovascular, and metabolic diseases. You will be responsible for negotiating costings and contracts during study setup and amendments, maintaining communication with hospital trusts, study teams, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
* Negotiating costings and contracts from start-up through close-out.
* Drafting financial and study agreements with Investigators and Trusts/Health Boards.
* Negotiating costings with Trusts/Health Boards and private healthcare institutions, using NIHR templates, and maintaining records for future negotiations.
* Facilitating review and approval processes with stakeholders.
* Assisting with document preparation for regulatory and ethics submissions.
Requirements:
* Experience in costings and negotiations within healthcare or pharmaceutical environments, such as an R&D contracts manager.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Knowledge of the Clinical Study Process and familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

What is required:
* Significant contracts and negotiation experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical settings.
* University degree (minimum BSc).
