* Deliver a wide range of assets (web banners, social images, product image mock-ups and POS); experience with these asset types is required. The account is integrated, so an all-rounder who can support on many briefs is needed.
* AI and automation are not far away, so experience in this area would be helpful.
* Proactively develop client relationships – establish regular contact and look to generate new opportunities and connect solutions.
* Drive and demonstrate operational excellence on the account every day.
* Provide excellent operational guidance on projects, support the creative process and drive for innovative solutions.
* Manage MI reporting, client WIP calls, demand planning with all divisions and actively control divisions against allocated hours.
* Define and provide client inductions where needed.
* Understand the Oliver group capabilities and drive cross-agency collaboration.
* Support global hubs day to day.
* Challenge the status quo — seek knowledge from other accounts, outside the agency and competitors to innovate in the client space.
* KPIs will be set on joining and measured at 3 months.
