As the Payroll Supervisor you will be dealing with end-to-end payroll duties and related queries on software such as Moneysoft, Xero and Sage. You will be processing weekly and monthly payrolls, uploading payslips and monitoring a central inbox.
Other duties include:
* Liaising with clients to accurately process their payrolls
* Calculating and uploading pensions
* Processing new starters, leavers and changes to personal details
* Uploading digital payslips
* Maintaining client files and responding to client queries within pre-agreed deadlines
* Processing all paperwork, including printing and posting payslips and P45s in line with client requirements
* Setting up new clients, including data validation, implementing system parameters, loading YTD data and checking PAYE/NI/Pension calculations
* Other ad hoc duties
To apply for this Payroll Admin role, you will need at least 18 months experience in a previous payroll position, preferably internal payroll bureau or Accountancy practice.
You will also require the following:
* Managed service experience
* Keen-eye for detail
* Strong organisational skills
* Accountancy software experience (e.g. Sage/Xero) preferable.
