Job Details
* Location: Manchester-based office with flexible attendance at Leeds, Liverpool, Southport offices.
* Hours: 35 hours per week, hybrid model (2 days in-office, negotiable).

Purpose of Role
To assess the merits of potential cases based on initial information, advise on necessary medical records and documents, and review records to determine case prospects.

Main Responsibilities
* Review and categorize medical records
* Prepare Opinions of Merit and chronologies
* Utilize IT tools, including AI, for record management
* Conduct research on medico-legal matters
* Ensure GDPR compliance in record handling
* Progress towards Risk Assessment 1s
Candidate Requirements
* 3-5 years NHS/clinical experience as a registered nurse
* High accuracy in work, adaptable, analytical skills
* Excellent communication, team working, motivation, organization, and proactivity
* Ability to work under pressure and interpret medical records
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other software tools
