In this role, you will support senior surveyors on a broad range of commercial and residential instructions, gaining hands-on experience from the outset. You'll assist with inspections, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, refurbishments and fit-out projects, while developing your report writing and site skills. With full support towards MRICS, this role offers varied work, strong mentorship and exposure to both office and London-based projects. Based in
This role would suit a Building Surveyor keen to develop their technical skills, work closely with senior professionals, and progress towards chartership while gaining broad exposure across commercial and residential projects within a supportive, growing consultancy.
The Role:
Assisting with building inspections and surveys across commercial properties
Supporting the preparation of dilapidation reports and related documentation under guidance
Helping collect, record and process survey data, with training provided on equipment and systems
Liaising with clients, contractors and consultants alongside senior surveyors
Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
