Benefit is Glowing... We Mean Growing... and we are currently searching for a Full-time Counter Manager to make real connections in Sephora Oxford, which is commutable from Witney!
Responsibilities
As a Counter Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Management - Managing Brow and Beauty Experts by motivating staff and delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met and high customer service standards are maintained.
2. Sales Goals - Achieving counter and service sales targets agreed with the area manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.
3. Brow Services - Waxing, Tinting, and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
4. Teamwork - Conducting daily team meetings, effective communication, and recognizing positive work to keep the in-store teams motivated and working towards individual and counter targets.
5. Promotion and Special Events - Creating business through in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
6. Stock - Ensuring the counter remains stocked and reporting concerns to the area manager.
7. Communication - Maintaining open communication between store/department managers, area managers, and the counter.
8. Administration - Managing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administrative tasks, and assisting with area manager administration when needed.
9. Staff Rota - Preparing fair staff rotas on a monthly basis.
10. Hygiene and Housekeeping - Keeping the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for a Counter Manager role is:
* Dynamic and enthusiastic
* Passionate about make-up and retail
* Result-oriented and enjoys challenges
* Desires to provide a unique customer experience
Additional requirements include:
* Flexible availability, including weekends, late nights, bank holidays, and holiday periods
* Minimum 6 months retail experience
