About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CAD (Computer Aided Design) and Business Intelligence Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role combines technical CAD expertise alongside business intelligence support activities, contributing to the delivery of high-quality plans and drawings plus the provision of accurate and reliable data for use across the Service.

Responsibilities
Provide CAD and BI support, contributing to the delivery of high-quality plans and drawings and the provision of accurate data for use across the Service.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* City & Guilds AutoCAD Level 2 (or equivalent qualification) OR experience demonstrating equivalent ability
* GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
* Understanding and appreciation of plan drawings
* Data protection/security of data
* Health and Safety issues relating to the duties of the post
* Experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools
* Windows operating system file management
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD Version 2022 and higher
* Working with a range of IT systems and tools
* Understanding data
* Understanding business processes and administrative systems/procedures
* Working with 3rd party organisations
