The Role
This role focuses on managing and growing client relationships while also supporting new business activity. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and developing long-term partnerships.
You will:
* Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
* Support onboarding and ensure a smooth client experience
* Identify opportunities to grow accounts and introduce additional services
* Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs
* Work towards targets while maintaining high service standards
