Your Role
As a Project Architect, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with Senior Project Architects to lead both internal and external design teams on major building projects across Europe. Whether it’s new constructions or remodels, your expertise will help us create inspiring workspaces.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination: Manage the design process from feasibility studies to project closeout, ensuring every phase is executed seamlessly.
* Data Insights Driving Workplace Design Strategy: Utilize occupancy and portfolio data to develop actionable insights, transforming planning principles into innovative design toolkits.
* Digital Design Innovation: Leverage AI and parametric design tools to enhance user engagement and streamline the design process.
Note: This role is based in our UK Head Office but will involve travel across Europe.

Qualifications
* Degree in Architecture; a master’s degree is a plus.
* Specialization in parametric design and digital modeling tools is preferred.
* Proven experience in architecture practice.
* Experience in data management and insights for project analysis.
* Familiarity with occupancy planning and attendance data management.
* Digital skills in AI-generated design and parametric design.
* Experience in branding and environmental graphic design.
* Ability to integrate design management with project management processes.
* Experience managing external design and project partners.
