Events & Marketing Co-ordinator Ideal Profile:
* Experience in hotel events or a similar high-end events setting
* Confident working across departments to deliver exceptional service
* Skilled in managing large-scale functions and private dining events
* Strong knowledge of food, wine, and the luxury hospitality market
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Calm under pressure with a natural ability to solve problems on the spot
Events & Marketing Co-ordinator Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the preparation and delivery of all event spaces to meet high standards
* Maintain meeting rooms to a show-ready standard at all times
* Lead event execution to ensure guest satisfaction and operational success
* Support with the departments admin tasks and organisational needs
* Deliver daily team briefings and manage on-the-day event logistics
* Oversee cleanliness and upkeep of event service areas and bars
