What You’ll Do Lead by example, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members. Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties. Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards. Ensure the bar is well-stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
