Reed Learning is looking for a Level 3 CIPD Tutor to join their expanding team! Offering a fully remote role for an experienced tutor to come onboard and really make a difference!

We are a market leading centre for all levels of CIPD professional qualifications and we are expanding our CIPD delivery team, looking for HR and L&D professionals who share our passion for learning and quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to learners studying for the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
* Provide tailored 1:1 support for those studying with us.
* Deliver online sessions; support on-demand learners.
* Contribute to the development of course materials.
* Assess candidate work and provide regular, constructive feedback to aid their progression.
Skills and qualifications
* Relevant experience in a practical HR or L&D role
* CIPD Chartered Member or above is desirable
* Relevant CIPD qualification or equivalent
* Recent experience in the delivery and assessment of CIPD Human Resource Management and/or Learning and Development qualifications up to level 5
* Proven track record of online delivery of CIPD qualifications
* Ability to create and develop contemporary course materials
* Interest in providing individual support to students and ability to provide high quality constructive feedback
* Good communication and organisation skills
