We're expanding and looking for a Senior EMS Trainer to join our dynamic team at our new Hounslow franchise location (TW3 1JH). As a key figure in our growing company, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact, shape our culture, and lead a team that is passionate about results.
About the Role
As a Senior EMS Trainer, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional results for our clients through EMS technology. You will lead and mentor a team of EMS Trainers, ensuring the highest standards of client care and training delivery. Your leadership will also play a key role in driving the success of the Hounslow location.
You'll be expected to deliver EMS training sessions, providing personalised guidance to clients using our state-of-the-art EMS devices. Additionally, you will oversee the use of our full-body health scanner and Feel Lighter nutrition product, helping clients track their progress and reach their health and fitness goals faster.
We're looking for someone who not only excels in EMS training but also has the leadership skills to help build and nurture a high-performing, motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of EMS Trainers, providing guidance, support, and training.
* Deliver world-class 1:1 and 1:2 EMS training sessions, focusing on strength, muscle retention, weight loss, and injury recovery.
* Use our full-body health scanner to assess client progress and make data-driven recommendations.
* Provide expert advice on using Feel Lighter, our in-house nutrition product, to optimise client results.
* Be a brand ambassador for Feel-Electric's values, promoting a positive, high-energy culture.
* Lead from the front when it comes to lead generation activities to grow the business.
* Foster a welcoming and motivating environment for both clients and team members.
* Contribute to ongoing training and development for yourself and your team, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
* Help identify areas for growth and new ideas to improve client experience and business success.
Ideal Candidate

* Have substantial experience in EMS training or other advanced fitness training methods.
* Are a natural leader with experience managing and developing teams.
* Possess excellent communication skills and are genuinely passionate about helping clients succeed.

* Are knowledgeable in the areas of fitness, strength, injury recovery, and nutrition.
* Can effectively juggle client sessions, team leadership, lead generation and day-to-day studio operations.
