£60,000 - £65,000 + 33 Days Holiday + Flexitime + Hybrid + Bonus + 6 % Pension + Discount Reward Scheme – Mansfield
We are a rapidly expanding highway developer looking for an experienced Contracts Manager from a civil engineering background with expertise in NEC ECC contracts. The role involves delivering NEC ECC contracts across a portfolio of civil and highways engineering schemes, notably the A614 in Nottinghamshire.
Responsibilities
* Managing NEC ECC contracts across a portfolio of highway and civil engineering schemes
* Liaising closely with project managers, surveyors and contractors
* Responsible for health and safety and risk analysis
* Budget and financial management
* Mon-Fri, 37 hours, flexible start and finish times
Qualifications
* Contracts Manager
* NEC ECC contract experience
* Civil Engineering background
