Duties for the Vehicle Technician:
9. Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs across a wide range of German brands, including high-performance models
10. Take a lead role in advanced diagnostics, using state-of-the-art equipment such as Autologic, ISTA, and Hunter wheel aligners
11. Work on both modern and classic German vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship
12. Carry out MOT tests (training provided if necessary)
13. Maintain detailed records of all work carried out and ensure excellent customer service
14. Assist in developing the workshop’s reputation for quality and reliability
Candidate requirements for the Vehicle Technician role:
15. Significant experience working as a Vehicle Technician specialising in German brands at a senior level
16. Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Motor Vehicle Engineering
17. Proven diagnostic skills with modern electronic systems and specialist OEM diagnostic tools
18. Experience with high-end and performance vehicles is highly desirable
19. MOT testing qualification (training can be provided if needed)
20. Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence in every job
21. Team player with excellent communication skills
22. Willingness to work on a variety of models, including classics and modern vehicles
